1930 Ford Model A Hot Rod

Built by Rick Cresse for his own use, this very cool chop top 1930 Ford Model A hot rod is set up with the flat head Ford V-8 motor, Navarro alloy flat head covers, Cragar blower sporting twin two barrel carburetors. This hot rod has an all steel body with the top cloth roof having been replaced with full sheet and the top cab of the car dropped by a few inches to give it that “mean” custom look.  The frame has been boxed in and finished in a high gloss black as well as the rest of the undercarriage. Steering is provided by a Schroeder rack and pinion unit and the steering column is a tilt wheel unit built by Tri-C Engineering. Transmission is a manual shift floor unit and there is plenty of leg space for the guys that are over the six foot mark.  This ride sports early Ford style spoke rims and radial tires. The car has a very fresh motor and running gear and is reported to be a very good runner.  It is currently registered and will be selling with a clear California title.
