1961 BSA Gold Star 500

The BSA DBD34 500cc Gold Star is considered to be one of the most collectable models that ever left the factory, and, since it’s conception in 1938, was highly successful in all types of racing, be it in the dirt or flat out on the road course. This Gold Star is the last year of production and is in excellent condition.  This bike has been properly restored with the traditional silver and chrome gas tank and paint scheme, clip on handlebars and all correct hardware. The Amal Monoblock carburetor and K&N air cleaner takes the place of the temperamental Amal GP carburetor and makes it a much more user friendly bike for every day riding.
