When you hear the name Ducati, what comes to mind is the design and technology of the quintessential Italian stallion. Going all the way back in time to when the first Desmotronic engines were built, Ducati dominated race tracks all over the world. It was from this racing legacy that bikes like this beautiful Mark 3 Desmo, with factory twin filler caps were born. In todays world, these first generation Desmo’s are highly collectable, and finding a nice original example is difficult. This Mark 3 is rumored to have its original paint and it still sports it’s duel filler cap gas tank, Veglia tachometer, original Brevetti exhaust, it’s original seat, and much more. The speedometer shows 10,961 miles on the clock and the overall condition of this true survivor is very nice. It would make an excellent addition to any collection.
